The Run On Cloud offer enables you to make sure that your 3DEXPERIENCE platform is highly available and relevant to your users’ business activities.
Thanks to our expertise, we can support you in the regular, corrective and evolutive maintenance of your application, ensuring the longevity and continuous improvement of your system.
The different types of maintenance
Regular maintenance allows you to anticipate security updates and technical version upgrades from Dassault Systèmes. They also aim to support the day-to-day administration and use of the application.
Regular maintenance means that we can react in advance during the publisher’s automatic update phases. KEONYS organises upstream minor and major version upgrade plans, in order to analyse, control and apply Dassault Systèmes’ patches and upgrades.
On a day-to-day basis, the processing of requests concerning access to the platform and use of the application means that users’ activities are not interrupted.
This maintenance offers two main advantages:
- avoiding breakdowns and therefore corrective maintenance costs
- improved productivity, because it reduces the risk of downtime
Corrective maintenance enables incidents to be managed and specific anomalies not identified during the warranty phases in order to restore 3DEXPERIENCE to working order:
- with the editor in the event of a software incident
- with our experts in the event of specific anomalies that are not identified during the warranty phases.
The size of the correction workload will be proposed on the basis of the specifications validated at the time of implementation.
In the event of a deviation from these specifications, the request will be treated as an application upgrade.
Evolutive maintenance focuses on implementation of functional or technical development requirements.
Evolutive maintenance consists of developing or adapting an application to modify its behaviour or to propose new use cases.
Application development will be supervised on the basis of project documentation on:
- the application architecture to meet the needs of business users
- the technical infrastructure implemented
This maintenance includes:
- maintenance of the widgets developed
- upgrading existing scenarios
- creating new user scenarios
- new specific developments
